Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 24 hours for us to process your order. Expect an email within 1-3 working days to let you know your order is on the way (for delivery option). For self pick-up at any of our outlets, expect to be notified of its fulfillment within 1-2 working days.
SELF PICK-UP AT BAKESHOP - Unit 11, Bangunan Majid Mohamad, Jalan Pasar Baru, Kg Kiarong, BE1318 Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei Darussalam
Orders can be picked up daily, from 7 AM to 8 PM. Orders not yet picked up from the previous day when it was already fulfilled will be available for pick-up throughout our Bakeshop's opening hours. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
SELF PICK-UP AT PJSC - Main Lobby, Level 2, Pantai Jerudong Specialist Centre, Jerudong, Brunei Darussalam
Orders can be picked up daily, from 7:30 AM to 9 PM. Orders not yet picked up from the previous day when it was already available for collection will be available for pick-up throughout our PJSC kiosk's opening hours. An email will be sent when your order is being delivered from our main Bakeshop branch in Gadong to PJSC.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We do not ship to countries other than Brunei at this current time.

COLLECTING YOUR ORDER:
For self pick-up, your order will be processed and prepared for pick-up within 1-2 working days. If you have not yet collected your order on the third day since its fulfillment, we will send a reminder to you via email and WhatsApp to collect your order. From that point onwards, we will send a reminder once every week up to a period of one month.
Should you still fail to collect the order and/or reply to any of the reminders that we have sent out within the one month timeframe, then we will consider your order as already collected, and the inventory will be restocked accordingly.
RETURNS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please WhatsApp us (+673 866 9732) as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the order's condition. We will address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
